T5H High Pressure Hot Water Jet plant -  500bar, 1700l/h, 155°C

Trailer system on fully galvanized chassis with over-run brakes and triple tank system for reduced set up times. The system has many unique features giving a competitive advantage in today's work environment.

Large plastic tanks for long refuelling intervals, impact resistant and rust free for safety. There are separate tanks for water, fuel and heating oil.

Steel safety frame as a precaution against damage and downtimes.

Hood made of impact resistant and special heat resistant laminate, fitted with sound insulation in order to reduce noise levels and complaints.

The Deutz, 4 cylinder, oil cooled, 34kW at 1900rpm Diesel engine is rated for continuous 100% duty cycle use and is low-revving for, low noise, fuel economy, extended service intervals and the service life.

Crankshaft pump 500bar, 1700l/h, slow-running for maximum load capacity and durability. The simple but robust design using the highest quality materials and components minimises maintenance and service costs. Attention has been paid to making the replacement of wearing parts easy even after years of service. The pump pressure is easily and continuously adjustable. Valves and pump head are stainless steel.

Press control for performance, safety and less wear. Innovative pressure control system for variable pressure control, soft start, pressure release in the hoses during breaks.

The combustion chamber has a 2x 99kW heating capacity with stainless steel housing to prevent rusting of the outer casing. This is sufficient to maintain 98°C at maximum water flow rate.

An electric generator provides electrical power for the burner and if needed for an additional electric appliance.

Safety control for the complete system is over and above the statutory requirements. The safety controls operate without any electronic components in order to prevent breakdowns caused by vibration, humidity and cold.

Service hour meter allows easy monitoring of work time and service intervals. Anti-theft device to protects units stored on-site against theft.

Water softener system to prevent breakdowns and loss of pressure caused by lime scale deposits.

Anti-freeze system to enable mobile units to be quickly and easily rendered frost-proof and to avoid considerable repair costs.

The high pressure hose is rated at 500bar 155°C. Due to its 10mm internal diameter it has approx. 1/3 of the pressure loss of an 8mm hose. The 2 inserts provide for extra durability without extra repair costs. Unique stainless steel quick releases provide time savings when assembling and dismantling the unit even after years of use.

The high-pressure gun with servo power assistance is intended to ensure continuous blasting by the operator without hand and joint discomfort.

The lance was designed for working in confined spaces. Due to reinforcements in the hand protector and metal tubes there is no pipe kinking or damage to the stainless steel thread connectors even when dropped.
