Trailer system on fully galvanized chassis with over-running brake and twin tank system for reduced set up times. The system has many unique features giving a competitive advantage in today's work environment.

Hood made of impact resistant and special heat resistant laminate,  fitted with sound insulation in order to reduce noise levels and complaints.

The Deutz , 4 cylinder, water cooled 4765ccm displacement 122kW at 1800rpm powerful torque - low vibration Diesel engine is rated for continuous 100% duty cycle use and is low-revving for, low noise, fuel economy, extended service intervals and the service life. Electronic motor regulator  with error memory. Service life  approx. 15000 hours, service interval only every 500 hours. Low fuel consumption, low exhaust emissions.

Crankshaft pump 2000bar, 1200l/h slow running between 310 and 630rpm  for maximum load capacity and durability. The simple but robust design using the highest quality materials and components minimises maintenance and service costs. Attention has been paid to making the replacement of wearing parts easy even after years of service. The pump pressure is easily and continuously adjustable.

The valves and the head of the pumps are  stainless steel. Low wear stainless steel pistons, light aluminium housing, excellent heat dissipation with cast steel guides cast in aluminium a water-cooled oil heat exchanger. High-pressure seals with packages - with long service life (approx. 800 hours) easy low cost replacement. Heavy-duty drive (1:2.7) designed for 10,000 hours. Separate assemblies prevent water in oil problems. Standard sae 90 oil is used in the drive.

Press control for  performance, safety and less wear. innovative pressure control system for variable pressure control, soft start, pressure release in the hoses during breaks.

Large plastic tanks for long refuelling intervals, impact resistant and rust free for safety. There are separate tanks for water, fuel. The water tank acts as a buffer allowingr 20 min. typical spraying without a hydrant giving a gas/bubble-free water supply.

Safety control for the complete system is  over and above the statutory requirements. The safety controls operate without any electronic components in order to prevent breakdowns caused by vibration, humidity and cold.

Service hour meter allows easy monitoring of  work time and service intervals. Anti-theft device to protects units stored on-site against theft.

Water softener system to prevent breakdowns and loss of pressure caused by lime scale deposits.

Anti-freeze system to enable mobile units to be quickly and easily rendered frost-proof and to avoid considerable repair costs.

The supplied hose is a 20m high pressure hose 2500bar 70°C, 8mm inner diameter. The 6 inserts provide for extra durability without extra repair costs.

The high-pressure gun with servo power assistance and shoulder support is intended to ensure continuous blasting by the operator without hand and joint discomfort. The is lance is 800mm for safe working.

The lance was designed for working in confined spaces. Due to reinforcements in the hand protector and metal tubes there is no pipe kinking or damage to the stainless steel thread connectors even when dropped.
